The OASISCON 2025 conference invites participants to share their research and insights through presentations and paper submissions. We outline the essential guidelines for submitting abstracts and organizing presentations to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

Submission Guidelines
  • The presenting author must mention their membership number from the state association and should be registered for the conference.
  • Only online submission of abstracts is allowed.
  • In your email, please use the subject line: “ABSTRACT SUBMISSION” and mention the category you would like the paper to be included in.
Review Process
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject any paper or reassign it to any category without providing reasons. Notifications will be sent via email.
Abstract Structure

Your abstract should be divided into the following sections:
A. Introduction
B. Aim of the Study
C. Materials and Methods
D. Result
E. Conclusion

Word Limit: 250 words.

  • A delegate may present one paper and one poster. Additional presentations will not be accepted.
  • Postgraduate students must attach a scanned letter from their department head confirming their postgraduate status.
  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 15, 2025.
  • Review of Submissions: Members of the scientific committee will review all abstract submissions.
  • Notification of Acceptance: Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent via email by July 31, 2025.
